Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions page for Generation Acres Farm! We know that shopping online can sometimes raise questions, so we've compiled a list of the most common queries we receive from our valued customers.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days, usually it's faster than that, but it depends on the order volume we are experiencing. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout and we currently ship to the U.S. only at this time.
3. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will recieve an email with details and tracking information if provided.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges of any kind, on any of our products sold here.
NutriMill Grain Mills or Mixers: If there is an issue with your grain mill, you will need to contact NutriMill customer service directly and they can help you with troubleshooting or replacing if needed.
If there is an issue with a faulty item(besides NutriMill Products), please contact us to let us know and we will work to resolve the issue.
5. Delivery Issues
The best course of action if your delivery is missing is to contact your local post office and provide your tracking number. They should be able to let you know where it is and when it will be delivered.
